Starting a Biotechnology Business – How Badir for Biotechnology Can Help You Workshop is designed for:

1.     People with a new idea for a biotechnology or related business including: scientists, engineers and clinicians

2.     Participants on the Badir for Biotechnology pre-incubation programAttendees need have no prior knowledge of Biotechnology Businesses, but should have some scientific, technical or clinical knowledge of biomedical science or biotechnology.

Badir for Biotechnology supports new businesses in medical, environmental, agricultural and industrial biotechnology and in areas such as bioinformatics and bionanotechnology.

Each attendee at the workshop will be invited to discuss their business and technology ideas individually with an experienced member of the Badir for Biotechnology team.

Attendees will be sent invitations to attend future workshops on planning and operating a biotechnology business.
